About

Amidst a myriad of social and cultural organizations in India the Sahaj Seva Samsthan is unique. This society is formed by persons who are followers of a spiritual way of living propounded by Mahatma Sri Ramchandraji Maharaj of Shahjahanpur, U.P., INDIA, and is committed to propagate the Hormic philosophy of selfless service, sacrifice, moderation and Co-operation.

The samsthan consists of Achievers who have understood the philosophy and are living accordingly.

I have developed a liking for service to others, and so, I always seek the better means for the service of those who are beaten by the whip of thoughts and actions, which cause uneasiness and tension.

The Philosophy of the samsthan is epitomized by the statement: "Service is the Means and Service is the Goal". Self-less Service of Sahaj Seva Samsthan is based on the pillars of Simplicity and Sacrifice.

The Samsthan is guided by the philosophy of service as stated above by Sri Ramchandraji Maharaj of Shajahanpur. The samsthan is offering its services in the fields of Education and Healthcare.

The Samsthan is governed by an executive committee elected from among the members of the Institute of Sri Ramchandra Consciousness, whose main object in life is to lead a balanced life. Balanced life means a life of moderation which means "Balance in all senses and faculties: nothing more or less than what is naturally required at the time for any specific purpose without its slightest impression on the mind".

The state of moderation becomes natural and permanent when the consciousness grows beyond the petty self. This growth of consciousness, the SSS feels, is possible only by self less service and following the spiritual discipline of P.A.M.

That Pranahuti grants a state of mind of freedom, balance, happiness is substantiated by studies. That self-less service enables one to remain stable in the Universal consciousness is a matter of experience the samsthan shares.

To fulfill this spiritual need of the aspirants following P.A.M is one of the objectives of the samsthan: the other objective is to bring the teachings of Sri Ramchandraji Maharaj of Shahjahanpur, U.P. India to the common man through self-less service.

• To extend the "Pujya Dr. K.C. Varadachari Nutrition supplement scheme" to needy children
• A Project for development of CD's for Moral Education and character development - Game of Life

Information for Donors

Donations to Sahaj Seva Samsthan are exempted from levy of income tax, as per section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961. Donations under section 80G are meant for general purpose and are exempted upto 50% of the amount donated.
